Mr Giuseppe (Joe) Ferrante B.Bus
Mr Ferrante is a director of several companies servicing several different business areas.  Joe brings to the company consulting services and relationships throughout the world at the highest levels. Joe is an accomplished and successful entrepreneur who has siginifcant experience in the development and sustaining of long term relationships globally and has an in depth understanding and commitment to the corporate governance process.
Joe has worked with several multi natinal blue chip companies in order to grow and develop their business.  An experenced project manager, Joe has successfully taken projects from conceptual idea through to implementation.  Joe is currently a director of a global commodity trading company.

Mr Michael Vaughan B.A Grad Dip Bus
Mr Vaughan has over 20 years commercial experience working with several blue chip multinational companies.  Mr Vaughan qualifies as a professional investor and has created substantial shareholder value for private companies through both personal ownership and strategic management.
For the last 20 years Mr Vaughan has been invloved as an investor in the equity markets and for the last 5 years has been focusing on the emerging and advanced exploration companies.  Mr Vaughan is currently an Exectuive Director of Advanced Share Registry and has been a former non exectuive director with United Uranium Limited.

Mr Brian McCrow B.Sc: MAIG
Mr. McCrow, B.Sc, a professional geologist with 40 years experience in the exploration for, and evaluation of, mineral deposits in Australia. Mr. McCrow is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists with the appropriate relevant experience, qualifications and independence to be considered “expert” and “competent” under the relevant professional codes, including JORC 2004.
Mr McCrow owns a geological consulting company, Brian McCrow and Associates (BMA) which undertakes geological work to the exploration and mining industry.  Most recently Mr MCrow was commisoned by Phosphates Australia as their Independent Expert.  Mr McCrow has forty three years of multi-commodity exploration and mining, with considerable experience in technical administration.  The initial years were focused on nickel exploration and mine administration. Later, the emphasis switched to regolith evaluation, the application of multi-element geochemical techniques and the development of interactive field based geochemical methods particularly in the field of gold and base metal exploration.  In the latter years the principal tasks have the planning and overseeing of the exploration activities of junior exploration companies in Western Australia and preparing Independent Geological Reports.
